How do I book a treatment?

Please contact me on my mobile telephone number (provided at the bottom of every page) in the first instance. I will get back to you asap. You can also message me via my Facebook Page; The Retreat at Red Barn.

How far in advance do you get booked up?

Generally I am fully booked 5-8 weeks in advance, although I will always do my best to fit you in for a special occasion. Please give me as much notice as possible to ensure you get a guaranteed appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

I fully understand things happen, and sometimes plans change. Because I am fully booked so far in advance I would really appreciate as much notice as possible to cancel an appointment, that way I can re-fill the slot. Please note that a no-show with no communication could result in no future bookings being allowed.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes! I am able to write and send them directly to the recipient, or via yourself so that you can write them with your own words. Vouchers can be bought for either a specific treatment or monetary amount, and are valid for 12 months from purchase. All vouchers are presented in a premium quality envelope and come with my brochure so that the recipient can see what they are getting.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, at the Retreat I accept card, cash and payments by BACS.
